The exhibition industry can be overwhelming as there are so many options out there, which can be beneficial but also creates a lot of indecision. To make the new year a touch easier for you, we’ve put together some ideas on how to amplify your stand design and to grow from your 2023 events.
Extend and Accessorize
If the previous stand design allows it, extend from the design you have and start looking at accessories. Modular Exhibition Stands often have larger accessories available such as exhibition arches and cupboards which can take a backdrop from 0 to 100.
Exhibition arches are the perfect addition, especially if you want to keep the floor space clear and open. Whilst it’s a large accessory and the impact is big, the amount of used floor space is minimal. You gain more design space, an impressive stand change and still keep the same amount of floor space, it’s a winner for us!
Exhibition cupboards ranging from 1m – 2m can be a useful addition and use a 1m x 1m section of the stand in a positive way. If your business has lots of extra branded materials, sample and products, storage space is a must. Utilising a small portion of the stand space is worth it to ensure the designated area is approachable and professional.
Stand heights
If you wanted to be seen above the rest, a 2m high stand won’t always cut it. If a larger height is required, take a look at stands ranging from 2.5m – 3m high and this is where an impression can be made.
In an exhibition hall with thousands of attendees, a 3m high exhibition stand will be noticeable from all angles of the room.
