Delivery Charges
DELIVERY
When ordering, we require you to provide a full delivery address including post code, the name of the recipient and a contact telephone number, as all deliveries will need to be signed for. We ship our smaller products (under one metre) using Interlink and our larger packages (between 1metre and 3metre) with Interlink Freight. If your order is larger than these pre-requisites, then your order will be shipped on a pallet with Pallet Network. All deliveries will be made on working days (Mon-Fri) but Saturday deliveries are available upon request. Please Note: When you order before 11am (GMT), this is classed as the first working day. For orders made after that time, the following day counts as the first working day, so please take this into consideration when ordering.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We are able to ship all of our products anywhere in the world. Some products can be purchased online and delivered to selected locations worldwide although we are able to provide a quoation for delivery to your desired destination. If you don't see the country for delivery available in the drop down menu at the checkout please give us a call on 01733 232000 and we'll be happy to provide you with a price.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I need my order as soon as possible; what options are available? We offer an express service which is tailored according to your order, so please give us a call on 01733 232000 to discuss how we can help to get your order to you in time. We pride ourselves on a high quality product, so manufacturing time is taken into consideration before rushing to dispatch any order.
How long will it be before my order is being processed?
All orders are added to our manufacturing queue on the same day as we receive your order. The expected dispatch time for your order can be found on the product page.
How long will my order take to deliver once it has been dispatched?
All of our products are produced in-house at our site in Peterborough and the delivery of your order is dependent on how long it takes to manufacture the product. You can find the expected dispatch time of each item in the product description. For products which indicate dispatch within 24 hours, we offer same day dispatch on orders before 11am. For smaller orders dispatched with Interlink and Interlink Freight, deliveries are expected within 1-2 days. For larger orders sent with Pallet Network, the expected delivery time is between 2-3 days. If you are interested in our express delivery service, then please give us a call on 01733 232000.
When can I expect to receive my order?
For standard orders with Interlink, you will receive an e-mail from us to confirm your order has been dispatched. Interlink will also then contact you via e-mail as well as text to provide an hour time slot for delivery on that day. For large orders with Pallet Network you will be contacted by them directly. Interlink then use a booking in service, so if your delivery day is not suitable they can arrange to deliver at a later date. However, for any next day deliveries with Pallet Network you will not be contacted and you should expect your delivery between 8:30am and 5:30pm. All of our lead times quoted on the product pages are working days e.g. a product with dispatched within 72 hours will be dispatched within 72 working hours. Our working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
What if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
The courier will leave a calling card outlining how you can re-arrange the delivery or how to collect your order from the courier's depot. If when you receive your confirmation e-mail from Interlink you know that you will not be at home at the designated time, then you can follow the instructions on their website to re-organise the delivery date and time.
Will I need anything to receive large or heavy deliveries?
For deliveries through Interlink, the courier will be suitably equipped to deliver your order. For orders delivered with Pallet Network, orders are often very heavy so please ensure that you have the means to receive large deliveries. What do I need to know if my order is being delivered with Pallet Network?
You will be notified if your order is being delivered with Pallet Network (orders weighing over 150kg) via e-mail. Please ensure you check your e-mail for specific instructions when receiving your order via Pallet Network. The Pallet will be delivered to a kerbside location, so please ensure that there is a accessible point available for delivery. You are required to check your parcel upon delivery for any external damage, please let us know immediately if there is anything you are unhappy with. Please ensure that you have the means to receive large deliveries as parcels will weigh over 150kg. Orders on pallets will require a Pozi #2 screwdriver and pallets as well as packaging are your responsibility to dispose of. DELIVERY CHARGES
All orders being delivered within mainland UK weighing up to 20kg cost £20.00 to deliver. The price for your delivery on any orders weighing over 20kg or are to be sent out of mainland UK will be displayed at the checkout.
