What is a Panel and Pole Display Board?
Panel and Pole Displays are exactly what the name suggests; a display board panel that is supported by poles and bases. These Display Boards provide a sturdier and more heavy duty solution, with some options being designed to hold heavier, framed images as well as the lightweight materials that stick straight to the board. The panels and pole system is designed so that, depending on the size of the boards and poles you have purchased, they can be used in both portrait or landscape orientation. By purchasing 1 kit you will have a versatile, multi-use display system.

All of the options are provided in a loop nylon Velcro-friendly fabric, making is easy to display as well as providing longevity. Why choose a Panel and Pole Display Board?
The loop nylon Velcro friendly fabric means its easy to apply lightweight displays and materials, but with the added feature of poles and stabilising bases the Panel and Pole systems are designed to support slightly heavier items. The Universal System in particular can be used with picture hooks and is a firm favourite with art shows, photographers etc.

How are Panel and Pole Display Boards assembled?
Panel and Pole Display Boards are supplied with your choice of display panels and support poles with bases/feet, as well as all the fittings needed for assembly. The display panels attach directly onto the poles using corner mouldings that fit onto the pole. A screwdriver is required to tighten the mouldings into place at your desired height. Depending on the size of the panels you may be able to add more than 1 per set of poles. Bags can be purchased for the panels and bases for storage and easy transportation.
- The bottom section of the poles screw directly into the feet/bases with the supplied thread at the base.
- Slot in the top section of the pole to the bottom.
- Slide the moulding clips onto/in the channel of the pole. Tighten into place using a screwdriver at your desired height.
- Connect the panel onto the mouldings by the corners.
- Add the top corner moulding clips onto the poles and slide down to connect with the corners of the panel.
- Secure into place with a screwdriver.

What are the different types of Panel and Pole Display Boards?
Universal Display Boards
The Universal Display Boards are available in a range of various sizes, both small and large panels as well as A0 and A1 panels. The panels fix to aluminium poles that are supplied with a 4 way linking channel, allowing you to display panels are 4 90 degree angles creating a cross/plus shape. Depending on the size of the panels, 2 can be displayed per pole, meaning that 1 pole can hold up to 8 panels. The display panels can also be used either portrait or landscape depending on your configuration and panels size, providing versatility with 1 kit. Picture Hooks can be used, which hook over the Universal frame, to hang and display heavier framed photographs, canvases or art etc.

PanelFix Display Boards
PanelFix Displays Boards provide a budget panel and pole display option, ideal if you're looking to showcase lightweight materials with a low-cost solution. Panels can be used portrait or landscape, with each pole able to hold 2 panels depending on the size. Each pole is provided with a low-profile, wheelchair friendly stabilsing foot.

Linx Modular Display Boards
Linx Modular Display Boards provide a middle ground between the PanelFix and Universal, with increased stability with round bases rather than stabilising feet and the ability to display lightweight marterials and notices. The boards are available in a wide range of sizes, both small and large panels, upholstered both sides in a loop nylon Velcro-friendly fabric, and can be used both portrait and landscape.

Printed Panel and Pole Display Boards
Instead of fabric upholstery we also offer a custom printed finish, where your design can be printed directly on to the boards and securely fitted into the display board frame. The printed boards work in the same way as the fabric options, attaching directly onto the poles with the supplied fittings at the angle, orientation and height you require. The panels are printed onto directly using our flatbed printer and topped with a laminate to protect the boards and provide a high quality finish.

Panel and Pole Display Board Accessories
| Display Carry Bags are available to purchase for the Panel and Pole Display Boards, making it easy to store and transport your boards as you need. A bag is available for both the panels and bases/feet. Each bag can hold up to 5 individual panels and are supplied with handles to make carrying easy. Made from a 600 denier fabric the bag provides protection for the boards and bases as well as a safe storage solution. |  |
| Lights can be attached to your Panel and Pole Display Boards by attaching directly onto the top of the PVC/aluminium frame. These simply clip onto the frame and tighten to secure into place. We provide the lights in sets of 2, with a set being available to purchase as an accessory. The lights are LED 4w spotlight with an adjustable clamp and 3m cable and standard UK 3 pin plug. Replacement lamps are also available to purchase if required. |  |
| Picture Hooks can be purchased to use with the Universal Display Board kits, which slot directly over the top of the display panel frame and allow you to hang framed photographs and such directly from the board. Depending on the size of the item being displayed you may be able to use 2 or 3 hooks on 1 panel, and the hooks can be also be used where panels will sit on top of each order to give maximum display area and coverage. |  |
| Self adhesive backed hook dots are available to purchase as well as rolls of hook and loop tape, which can be applied to the reverse of your lightweight display materials to attach them directly to the boards. The hook of the dots will fasten to the loop nylon material upholstered on the panels. This not only increases the longevity of the boards by removing the need for pins but also makes displaying quick and easy. |  |
How are Panel and Pole Display Boards made?
At Go Displays we’ve been manufacturing our range of Panel and Pole Display Boards for over 20 years, and in doing so we’ve been able to streamline the production and perfect the skill of creating a sturdy display panel system with longevity and a budget-friendly cost.
We use aluminium when creating the poles for all our Panel and Pole Display Boards to ensure that each kit is sturdy and long lasting. The aluminium finish also keeps the displays lightweight and assembly simple. All the moudling and fittings required are supplied with each kit, with only the use of a screwdriver needed for assembly.
The inner core of the display boards is upholstered with a loop nylon fabric or supplied with a custom printed panel (depending on the item chosen) which is carefully applied to both sides of the board to give you a double sided display. This inner board is then fitted with a durable PVC/aluminium edging (depending on the range).
Our range of Panel and Pole Display Boards are manufacuted in-house within 5 working days from receipt of order, with an express turnaround also available.
When the printed finish is selected on the Universal Display Boards, we print these using our flatbed printer, laminate the finished panels, apply the PVC frame and fittings in the same way and assemble the full display for final check.
