Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment with Visa and MasterCard. You may telephone Go Displays on 01733 232000 with your order but please note that we cannot take credit card details over the phone. Should you wish to pay for your order by cheque please make all cheques payable to 'Rap Industries Limited' and send to the address below. Please add an additional 7 working days to the quoted lead time to allow for your cheque to clear our bank account. Credit Accounts
Credit accounts are available for Government departments and Education Establishments, subject to satisfactory credit ratings and acceptance of payment terms. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule
Products are updated on a daily basis to provide a current stock position whenever possible. In the situation when an order has been placed and the quoted lead-time cannot be met an email will be sent advising the new delivery date. Should the new quoted delivery time not be acceptable the customer has the option to either choose another product or cancel the product from the order and receive a full refund. We will endeavour to meet all delivery times stated at the time of purchase but cannot guarantee this will be met.
Delivery of Screens & Large Display Boards
We dispatch our Office Screens, Display Boards and some larger Exhibition Stands including but not limited to the Budget, Morton, Omega, Flexi, Universal, Mobi Partition and Modulink Displays using a custom made pallet that is delivered kerbside. It is then the customers responsibility to check over the goods, remove the goods from the pallet and dispose of the pallet. Should you require Go Displays to collect the pallet after delivery, please contact us for a price prior to ordering your items. Delivery Services and Delays
The delivery times quoted are based on the courier’s standard service and does not allow for or include any delays that may affect the delivery, including but not limited to weather conditions, heavy traffic, road closures, vehicle breakdowns or accidents, and any other unforeseen circumstances. On this basis delivery times are not guaranteed, and time should be allowed between the quoted delivery date and the latest date required if a strict delivery deadline is needed. We will endeavour to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible with the courier, and where we are able to, provide the courier details to you to make direct contact. Contact details of the individual available to accept the delivery should be provided with each order to ensure that the courier is able to make contact when required. Go Displays are unable to accept cancellations of orders if the goods are not delivered by an exact date. It is the customers responsibility to ensure sufficient time has been allowed between the expected delivery date and the latest delivery date.
Go Displays are open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and will be available to assist with delivery queries during this time. When selecting a Saturday delivery service please note that we will be unavailable on the delivery day should any issues arise. We will endeavour to respond to any of these queries early the following week.
Damaged goods
All goods received must be checked immediately upon receipt. Any damage, shortages or discrepancies must be advised in writing to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Signing of the carrier’s delivery note "unchecked" does not absolve the persons receiving the goods from this condition.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for the goods to be available.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added. A full VAT invoice is sent after delivery.
Guarantee
All our products are supplied with a minimum of 1 years guarantee against manufacturing defect; the guarantee is not valid against operator error.
Faulty goods
Any faulty goods must be advised in writing to Go Displays within 48 hours of receipt, upon notification to us a goods returns number will be issued. It is then the customers’ responsibility to return the goods for analysis. Should the product be deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect a replacement will be issued at no additional cost to the customer.

Privacy Policy
Go Displays do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to: a. Take and fulfills customer orders b. Administer and enhance the site and service c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
We do not offer goods on a "sale-or-return" basis due to the bespoke nature of our products including but not limited to; Print, Designs, Product Sizes & Product Specification and finishes. All products are made to the customers specific order. Samples of fabric and paint finishes are available upon request to ensure the correct finishes are chosen before goods are ordered.
Once orders have been “Order Approved” by our clients our manufacturing starts immediately to ensure we produce your goods within the lead time quoted. Our manufacturing processes are very time consuming and your order is sent to all manufacturing departments straight away for all product elements to start manufacture within hours of the order being approved. Due to this tight manufacture process we are able to ensure quality products within the quoted lead times. Due to the nature of our manufacturing processes orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the manufacturing process has commenced. Any additional services you may have purchased from us at the time of order may be entitled to a percentage of the service cost refunded dependant on the process of the service at the time of cancellation request. This is always assessed on an order by order basis. In circumstances where returning goods ordered is possible, this may be subject to a handling/re-stocking fee upon checking that the goods are fit for re-sell.
